The Educational Transformation, Leadership and Sustainability (EDIT) research group is interdisciplinary and specialises in education. It focuses on educational transformation so that all students achieve success (equity) and on improving the system (quality) with the following actions:
- Initiatives of collaboration and joint work between the university and social and e
- Promotion of the construction of leadership competences and improvement of the conditions for their exercise in educational centres.
- Education as a key factor in transforming society towards sustainability (justice, equity, tolerance and responsibility) through collaboration, critical thinking, innovative methodologies and participatory learning processes.
- Empowerment of teachers from initial training in the face of new socio-educational challenges, promoting and carrying out research linked to the competences and professional profiles of 20th-century teachers.
